Note: For full description of these seminars click here. The Pre-Conference seminars are a separate fee from the conference fees to attend. One half-day session is $100.00; two half-day sessions are $160.00. All half-day sessions will receive 3 hours of professional development. You must indicate 1st, 2nd, and 3rd choices for each session. Lunch is on your own.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Use a separate form for each person registering.
  • Registration form must be postmarked by October 2, 2026 (Early Bird) or October 30, 2026 (Regular).
  • Online registrations must be received by midnight of the Early Bird and Regular dates listed.
  • On-site registrants are encouraged to complete the online registration before arriving at the conference to avoid delays at the registration desk.
  • Requests for refunds must be received in writing by October 2, 2026.
  • Cancellations will result in a $25 handling fee.
  • Refunds will be made after the conference.
  • Confirmation will be sent for registration received by October 30, 2026.
  • Hotel rooms at the Westin in Lombard are $159 per night plus taxes. Reservations must be made directly with the hotel by October 21, 2026. Click here to make a reservation.
