Note: For full description of these seminars click here. The Pre/Post-Conference seminars are a separate fee from the conference fees to attend. One half-day session is $100.00; two half-day sessions are $160.00. All half-day sessions will receive 3 hours of professional development. You must indicate 1st, 2nd, and 3rd choices for each session.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:

- Registration form must be postmarked by September 5, 2025 (Early Bird) or September 22, 2025 (Regular).
- Online registrations must be received by midnight of the Early Bird and Regular dates listed.
- On-site registrants are encouraged to complete the online registration before arriving at the conference to avoid delays at the registration desk.
- Requests for refunds must be received in writing by September 22, 2025.
- Cancellations will result in a $25 handling fee.
- Refunds will be made after the conference.
- Confirmation will be sent for registration received by September 22, 2025.
