Vendor Online Registration

The Association of Illinois School Library Educators (AISLE) invites you to exhibit at its 2026 Annual Conference, taking place November 12–14, 2026, at the Westin Conference Center. Exhibit registration includes one 8’ x 10’ booth space with an 8’ backdrop and 3’ side drapes, along with one table, two chairs, and a wastebasket. Multiple booths may be purchased and combined. Best Expo will be handling any additional exhibitor needs and will reach out to you after you register. Exhibitors are responsible for purchasing electricity and WiFiby downloading and submitting this form from the Westin Conference Center. A separate form must also be completed for shipping and receiving materials. After registering, please send completed forms to conexhibnorth@aisled.org at least 2 weeks prior to the conference.

One boxed lunch on Monday is included with your registration.

Cancellation handling fee after September 1, 2026: $55.00
